WHUSH (WHU Students Help) is the premier social student initiative of WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. We are dedicated to making a global impact through local action, combining academic excellence with social responsibility to create meaningful change in communities.

WHUSH was established in 2005 by passionate WHU students with a vision to create lasting social impact through student-led initiatives.

Our mission is to harness the power of business education for social good, creating lasting positive impact in communities while developing the next generation of socially responsible leaders.

WHUSH is led by an Executive Board consisting of WHU students, supported by Project Leads who manage specific initiatives, and a Core Team handling various operational aspects. We also have a network of over 100 volunteers who contribute to our projects.

WHUSH runs a variety of projects focused on community development, education support, environmental initiatives, and healthcare access. Our projects are designed to create sustainable impact and address real community needs.

We select projects based on community needs assessment, alignment with our mission and values, sustainability potential, and available resources. We prioritize initiatives where we can create meaningful, long-term impact.
